The printed ticket is not personal. So you can indeed give it as a gift. We recommend that you fill in your own e-mail address and print out the tickets yourself, so that you can be sure that the e-mail arrives correctly.

You go to the event/activity of your choice and select the right product and the number of tickets. Click on the button: ORDER NOW and then enter your shopping cart. Here you enter your details and choose your payment method. When your order has been completed, you will receive your admission tickets by e-mail from Ticketsplus (this can take up to 30 minutes) once the payment has been received by the bank.

You must print your own entrance tickets yourself. Each entrance ticket has a unique barcode. During your visit to the park / outing, your entrance ticket will be electronically checked at the entrance. An entrance ticket can therefore be printed indefinitely, but is only valid once.

In some cases the e-mail with the link to print your admission tickets in the junk mail folder of your mail program. The name of that folder differs per mail program. Common names are: junk e-mail, junk mail or spam. Look in the folder with such a name. You may also have entered an incorrect e-mail address or accidentally made a typing error. In that case, please contact our helpdesk via support@ticko.nl. We are available 7 days a week by mail.
